How Total Marketing Began
When I started Total Guide to Ltd, I never imagined I'd one day be running a marketing and PR agency.
In the early days, we were helping local businesses get noticed through editorial, social media and our local websites. We were telling great stories, connecting businesses with their communities and celebrating everything that made our towns and cities brilliant.
But something kept happening.
Businesses began asking us for more.
First, it was social media management.
Then came PR, Facebook advertising, SEO, Google Ads, content creation, photography, video production, influencer marketing, email campaigns and strategic marketing advice.
At first, we recommended trusted partners wherever we could. But over time, it became clear there was a gap in the market.

Many SMEs simply didn't have access to a marketing team that genuinely understood their business.
